2 hand fulls of kale
Quinoa: 1 cup
1 avodado
2 heaping table spoons of hummus
1 pear
2 stalks of celery
1 lemon
a dash of olive oil
Now What
massage olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon into kale
chop pear & avocado & celery
combine
add a few table spoons of quinoa
combine
add hummus
combine
enjoy!
